Examining the Effect of Green Logistics and Green Human Resource Management on Sustainable Development Organizations: The Mediating Role of Sustainable Production

Purpose: This research aimed to examine the effect of green logistics (GL) and human resource management (GHRM) on performance environmentally friendly manufacturing industries oriented toward sustainable development organizations (SDO) through role production (SP) as a mediating variable. Methodology: A quantitative approach was employed standardized questionnaire obtain data from 110 in Indonesia that implemented practices. Advanced statistical techniques, such structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis using Smart PLS (partial least square) version 4 were utilized analyze collected data. Findings: The results showed model supported significance all seven hypotheses confirmed direct effects GL, GHRM, SP SDO. Practical implications: added critical insights into theory practice GL GHRM realize SDO mediator industries.
